Welcome to WEEK ONE of TERM FOUR

 

Welcome back to the last term of 2012! This term is ONLY 9 weeks long and then christmas will be here before we know it. The children have already pointed out that we only have 42.5 days remaining of Year Six. Due to this fact, it is imperative that your child be at school on time and for the duration of the day, each and every day. Much work needs to be completed by the end of Term 4 and children who are away or late will miss out on explicit teaching of new skills and knowledge required for end of term tests and assessment pieces. If your child is sick or away it is their responsibilty to catch up on any missed work. Don't forget report cards will go home at the end of this term. You will shortly receive the Term Four term letter which I will also be uploading by the end of the week. Please don't hesitate to see me with any concerns/queries/questions etc. I look forward to the remaining 42.5 days with your children!
