Week Two

Welcome to Week Two

This week sees the start of all specialist classes. Please view the timetable page to make yourself familiar with what is happening each day. Physical Education (P.E) takes place on a Thursday so make sure you remember to wear your Sports uniform. Sacred Singing will take place every second Monday at 1:55pm starting this week.

Homework will be given out on a Friday and is expected to be returned the following Friday. This will allow testing of spelling words and mathematical drill questions to take place on a Friday morning each week. Please view the Homework page for requirements and expectations. Please note as no homework was given out last Friday the children will only be required to complete one unit of their Maths Plus Homework book this week which is due Friday. This Friday the 3rd February will see the start of our normal homework cycle.  School diaries are expected to be at school each day with daily events and reminders being recorded. Parents please feel free to use these as a means of communication.

The Year Six Term letter is also being sent home on Monday so make sure you have a read and contact me if you have any questions.  Wishing you all a safe and DRY week - Luckily Year Six have been able to utilise the hall during lunchtimes and have been able to get out and have a play. I bet every ones grass is looking VERY green!
